To make room for humanity to GROW into what comes next
GROW is a registered Danish non-profit, bringing together a growing ecosystem of people, projects and experiments.
We believe the future can make room for more of our humanity.
For people to become more of who they are.
For communities that create belonging and possibility.
For organisations that serve human potential.
For progress that serves life and the planet.
And the list goes on.
Because when people come together, our sense of what is possible expands.
We don’t believe humanity needs to become something new.
We believe we need a world that allows more of what is already human in us to emerge.
What we're building

Across inner development, youth, democracy, AI and the future of work, we are building and testing new ways forward.
Who We Are

GROW is a living movement shaped by the people, communities and partners taking part in its work.
It is currently led by Klaus, Jakob and Thomas — three people with different perspectives, united by the same question:
How do we create better conditions for people and society to grow into what comes next?
GROW is governed by a board and organised as a registered Danish non-profit association.
